Sister of Man Who Died in Clinic Accuses Doctors

The sister of the man who died during a dental procedure in the Belgrano neighborhood revealed that a nurse recommended that they «not do the autopsy because it is an opening and then you receive the body all open». According to information provided to the Argentine News Agency, more than a week ago, 64-year-old Miguel Ángel Berlini, who worked as a driver for a ridesharing app, went to the Robles Clinic, located at Virrey del Pino 2500, for a dental procedure. The patient underwent a dental implant, which is not a high-risk procedure. However, the maxillofacial surgeon and the plastic surgeon confirmed that Berlini never regained consciousness after the intervention ended. Recently, his sister stated: «A nurse came to the room and, trying to console us, said: 'Girls, don't do the autopsy because it is an opening and then you receive the body all open. My brother paid for an anesthesiologist and the operating room, but the anesthesiologist is not there because otherwise he would have to be arrested along with the two doctors. I went through this with my grandfather».
